Cookie Policy

Last updated: May 5, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how Ketostruggle.top may use cookies, local storage, pixels, tags, Web Push subscriptions, consent records, and similar technologies.

What Cookies Are

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, tags, device identifiers, consent records, and browser notification subscription records. They can help a site remember logins, measure traffic, deliver ads, prevent abuse, remember choices, and provide features.

WordPress Cookies

WordPress may use cookies for login sessions, authentication, comment/account features, editor preferences, and admin screens. If you log in, cookies keep you signed in and remember some display preferences. If you edit or publish content, WordPress may store editor-related cookies.

Comments on this site require a logged-in account. Public registration is currently disabled, and pages are closed to comments.

FAZ Cookie Manager And Consent Choices

We use FAZ Cookie Manager to show cookie choices, block optional scripts until the right category is accepted, remember consent preferences, send Google Consent Mode signals, and keep local consent logs. Consent logs are currently configured with a 24-month retention period.

FAZ Cookie Manager may use geolocation settings to decide when a banner or preference center should be shown. The current setup targets regions such as the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Canada, and the United States. Visitors outside targeted regions may not always see the same banner behavior.

The preference center groups technologies into categories. Necessary technologies are always active because the site needs them for core behavior, security, login, consent storage, and related functionality. Optional categories such as functional, analytics, performance, marketing, and uncategorized technologies are intended to require consent where the banner applies.

You can use the banner, preference center, or revisit-consent control to accept, reject, or adjust choices when those controls are shown. You can also clear cookies in your browser, but doing so may reset your saved preferences.

Google Cookies, Consent, Ads, And Analytics

We use or plan to use Google services through Google Site Kit and related Google tools. This may include Search Console, Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Ads, PageSpeed Insights, Google Tag Manager, Reader Revenue Manager, Sign in with Google, Google tags, consent prompts, and related reporting features.

Google services may use cookies or similar technologies to measure traffic, understand page performance, select or personalize ads where allowed, prevent fraud, limit ad frequency, model conversions, remember consent choices, and report performance. Google explains its use of data at https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

FAZ Cookie Manager is configured to send Google Consent Mode signals. Optional Google analytics and marketing tags should stay denied until the relevant consent category is accepted where the banner applies. Google ad-data redaction is enabled in our consent configuration. The site is currently conservative about non-personalized ads fallback; if that behavior changes later, this policy and the live consent configuration should be reviewed together.

Some Google-related cookies in our cookie inventory may relate to current or planned Google services, including Google Analytics 4, Classic Analytics, Google Optimize, reCAPTCHA, DoubleClick, Google Ads, and AdSense. Keeping these definitions does not mean every listed Google feature is active on every page, but it keeps the disclosure ready for the Google tools the operator intends to use.

Brevo Email And Web Push

We use Brevo for transactional email and Web Push, and may use other Brevo features later. If you allow browser notifications, your browser may store a push subscription and Brevo or related WonderPush infrastructure may process notification subscription data.

Web Push is treated as an optional marketing feature on this site. The site’s consent rules are configured to block WonderPush/Brevo push scripts until marketing consent where the banner applies. You can unsubscribe from browser notifications through your browser or device notification settings.

If email tracking, campaign tracking, contact lists, marketing automation, or other Brevo features are enabled, Brevo may use tracking technologies or event data to measure delivery, opens, clicks, subscription status, and campaign performance.

Affiliate And Advertising Cookies

Affiliate links and ads may use cookies or similar technologies to attribute clicks, purchases, conversions, commissions, ad impressions, fraud prevention, and reporting. Providers may include Amazon Associates, Google AdSense, Google Ads, other affiliate networks, merchants, sponsors, or ad networks.

As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases. Amazon and other merchants may use their own cookies or tracking technologies after you click a link or visit their site.

Embedded Content

Posts may include embedded content from services such as YouTube, Instagram, Google, Amazon, or other websites. Embedded content may set cookies or similar technologies as if you visited that provider directly. If you are logged in to that provider, it may connect your interaction to your account with them.

Managing Cookies And Notifications

You can usually block, delete, or limit cookies through your browser settings. You can also manage site notification permissions in your browser or device settings. Blocking cookies may break login, comments, consent choices, analytics preferences, Web Push, embedded content, or other site features.

Use the cookie banner, preference center, or revisit-consent control to manage choices for technologies controlled by FAZ Cookie Manager. You can also contact privacy@ketostruggle.top with privacy questions.

For broader data practices, see the Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update this Cookie Policy when plugins, Google services, Brevo features, ads, affiliate programs, embeds, or consent tools change.
